This note covers idtravelbox.com and the hotel interest form. It is not a privacy policy for a launched guest product, because that product does not exist yet.
Who we are
IDTravelBox. The human mailbox for this site is hello@idtravelbox.com.
What you can send
If you write to us, or use the interest form, we receive the details you choose to give: hotel or group name, your name, role, business email, country and city, an optional property count, and an optional message.
Why
We use those details to reply to your interest in the hotel pilot and to understand whether a conversation is worth having. We do not sell them, and this site does not run an analytics product or a newsletter.
Who else may process a submission
When the form is connected, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sent it, and Resend delivers the message to our mailbox. Until those services are switched on, the form explains that and asks you to email us directly. Mail to hello@idtravelbox.com is received on Titan. We do not use your message to train a model.
How long
We keep a pilot enquiry for as long as the conversation is active, and delete it when you ask. Write to hello@idtravelbox.com to request that.
